Provider of consulting services for interdisciplinary projects related to life sciences applications in multiple industries.

Led the largest life sciences ecosystem in northern Mexico, collaborating with academia, government, and the private sector to promote the biotech industry. Key achievements during my tenure include obtaining the ESCA bronze label, tripling member participation, promoting the cluster internationally, mapping Nuevo León's biotech ecosystem with over 60 institutions, and securing public funding for three projects focused on import substitution in the biotech industry.

I was in charge of the entrepreneurial project of a spin-off from Tecnológico de Monterrey. This startup was focused on the digital manufacturing of medical implants. During this time, we developed the business model, conducted market research (particularly among neurosurgeons), and reviewed the current legislation about class III medical implants for the Mexican and American markets.

As coordinator for the Biocluster Nuevo León, I was in charge of multiple activities. The first was leading the OTEBI, the branch for technology foresight and business intelligence services for the cluster members. Also, I lead the promotion of the biotech ecosystem and cluster activities through a digital marketing strategy. Finally, I was responsible for project management and funding tasks among the cluster committees

An entrepreneurial project dedicated to establishing a clinical molecular diagnostics lab for personalized medicine in the Mexican market. We partnered with Mayo Clinic as a supplier for specialized molecular lab testing.

During my time as general manager, I worked with the founders to discover and establish relationships with international research and medical suppliers, so Logimed became their official distributor. Additionally, I was responsible for sales and marketing, forging strong client relationships with hospitals, laboratories and academic institutions.

Management of laboratory operations such as cord blood banking, cell procurement and platelet-rich plasma processing. Implementation and management of cord blood bank quality systems. Coordination of personnel training and team management of ten staff members. Liaison with doctors and patients about the laboratory processes.

Processing and cryopreservation of cord blood stem cells. R&D for improved platelet-rich plasma protocols. Assistance for the cytogenetics and molecular biology laboratories.
