Projects' portfolio of 7 Mio CHF/year revenue with profitability responsibility and customers' delivery processes continuous improvement. Successful management of projects in crisis.

Account Management with the responsibility for business development in the Middle East and Europe. Successful creation and management of the business development team for the partnership's channel and middle sized operators in Europe. Creation and deployment of the sales process framework. Business planning and EMENA revenue forecast with the regional Director.

Management of an international team (16) composed of project managers, system administrators, databases administrators, application integration engineers and support (M&S) engineers to reach the scope, budget and timelines according to each specific customers' requirements and company business objectives. Projects' portfolio responsibility of 30 projects, medium to large size, for a total of 6 Mio CHF/Year.

Management of several complex projects in parallel including external suppliers to deliver the expected scope to the client whilst ensuring the quality of the deliveries within the timeline and the agreed budget. Ensure projects profitability internally and act as the main customer point of contact following industry standard methodology applied in the company.
