Responsible for the Mission Critical Delivery Team in Germany. The Mission Critical Delivery Team delivers end to end solution focused support for Enterprise Customers. Delivery Management including Team management, Ressource management and Pipeline management.

Work with customers at the highest possible level of support provided Microsoft - Support for Mission Critical (SMC). Plan and Coordinate activities to help customers gain the most out of the contract and improve their mission critical solutions in regards to low downtimes and overall quality.
