Accountable for Build and Run of Service Management Enabling Services (Configuration Mgmt; Monitoring- and Event Mgmt; Automation & Orchestration), for Design, Build and Run of Change-/ Release-/ and Deployment Services, and for Service Optimization and Decommissioning Services.
