• In charge of new business development in France and abroad; • Has originated and worked actively in the execution of new mandates (fund raising, divesture, shareholders restructuring, M&A) on behalf of French and foreign companies of different sizes and industries (automotive, “sustainable” real-estate development, IT consulting, business services, road infrastructure management, electronic components distribution, cosmeceuticals…); • Had two assistants under his responsibility;

• Acted as an advisor for several French small & mid-sized companies of different sectors/industries on financial/corporate strategies and shareholders value issues; • Structured corporate finance deals (MBOs, 1st/2nd/3rd rounds, Shares Disposals, IPOs, Public Secondary Offerings with Market Transfer, Mezzanine Finance, Debt Restructuring,…); • Co-marketed the deals portfolio amongst private equity groups in France and abroad; • Produced deal reports and slideshow presentations to the market watchdogs;
