• Drive overall planning process performance as well as corporate initiatives to ensure continuous improvements in supply chain planning. • Monitor and adjust sourcing between factories to ensure proper market supply, replenishments and capacity utilisation. • Stock optimization of finished goods in general and related to working capital in particular. • Development and implementation of regular S&OP meetings to develop an economic strategy for meeting demand.

• Managing the corporate product master data in the group’s master data management platform hosting the brand hierarchy and its links to local product master data. • Continuously ensure and optimize data quality and integrity by delivering best practice methods and reliable processes. • Administration of the group’s demand and supply network planning platform as well as delivering workshops and user trainings to guarantee up-to-date demand, stock and capacity plans available to the Group.

• Drive end-to-end process optimization and implementation of best practices • Successful delivery of assigned projects to time, cost and quality with a positive end user experience • Close liaison with business and suppliers for funding schemes plus project delivery. • Form and lead project teams to develop and realize innovative and efficient solutions. • Business Partner to Global Process Owners • Financial tracking and reporting

• Delivering logistics and business-change projects across the US • Ensuring lean, efficient and cost effective supply chain processes, in line with changing demands for the business • Ensuring customer availability by optimising stock levels • Lead tendering processes with local and corporate procurement functions • Develop, implement and optimise forecasting and reporting tools • Lead continuous improvement initiatives of supply chain and logistics functions

• Long, mid and short term planning through all supply levels including definition and implementation of new strategies to secure customer supply • Establishing, preparing and leading the monthly Planning Process including consensus meetings for a qualitative rolling capacity plan • Monitoring of operative performance against committed plans on the basis of transparency, root cause analysis, identification of capacity deviation and coordination of corrective actions

• Optimise customer service levels and product availability by managing stock profiles and providing optimised production plans on both a short and long term horizon • Identify and report risks to plan production and delivery, optimising the plan across all departments to prevent delays, minimise waste and reduce costs • Analyse and report KPIs to identify and adopt best practice within the Supply Chain Team and the wider operation
