I spent 5+ exciting years working for Norsk Medisinaldepot taking on different roles in the company. As a flying pharmacist, I had assignments all over the country. I replaced pharmacy managers when they were away for holidays and trainings. It is a position that requires a lot of flexibility, energy, communication skills and leadership abilities. I also had three longer assignments as pharmacy manager in our pharmacies in Kristiansund (Lund), Voss and Vormsund.

I worked as the migration manager and participated in testing of the new software (FarmaPro5) that is now installed and used in all pharmacies (public and hospital) in Norway for dispensing, ordering, budget and other tasks associated with operating a pharmacy.

Supervisor for a BSc thesis investigating the roles of the WHO and NGOs in combating counterfeit medicines in the developing world.

Mission Pharmacist responsible for logistics of medicines and material for the Monrovia Mission in Liberia. Follow-up on consumption and trainings for local staff. Trainings took place in Oslo and Brussels before relocating down to Monrovia for the duration of the mission.

Quality assurance of the methadone program, administration of clinical trials, drug information and dispensing in the pharmacy.
