Accompanying the setting up of organizational structure, consulting for the Production and Project management, Establisment of new process and facilities according to Daimler Project and Production Standards

Managing production team of 2 team leaders, 3 engineers, 16 foreman and 375 blue collars. Responsible for daily production units and quality targets in the paint shop (e-coat, sealing, primer, top coat lines), cab trim line and engine preassembly. Building up robot paint programmer. SoP of new the products SFTP Actros, Arocs without any major quality issues in the Paint Shop and Cab Trim Assembly Line. Realisation of production time savings 45 Min. in Trim Line, 60 Min. in Paint Shop as project leader.

Leading the manufacturing engineering team for the assembly lines (10 engineers, 6 technicians) Investment and overhead cost planning plant Aksaray: Midterm (EA) and long term (OP) planning and reporting to Board of Management. Blue collared labour requirement plan for production program. Feasability for new products (definition of premises, process sequence, funding requirements, time schedule for new products and facilities)

Leading paint shop team with 200 direct workers and 6 foremen. KPI reporting and problem solving process in paint shop reported as best practice by DQS -Deutsche Qualitätssystem and implemented afterwards in the whole production department. Training in paint shop as benchmark, reported by Harbour Consulting in 2007.

International experiences with Germany, France, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Iran as main responsib le for CKD Packing and Delivery. Responsible for claim process and countermeasures in cooperation with Truck Development and Quality Assurance. Supporting of ramp up assembly in Mercedes Benz plants (e.g. NAI Plant , Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) 30% saving of packaging material costs CKD. DQS certified internal process auditor (ISO TS 16949)

Assigned as Management Trainee after an Assessment Center in Mercedes-Benz Türk. Responsible for Project Management Support for CKD ex Aksaray Project (Building up CKD Packaging Proces in Aksaray) and responsible for short term production internal issues and solutions.

Intelligence reportings between NATO Forces in Kosovo ( USA, Germany, France and Turkey) Participation at local security meetings with NATO Officers and reporting minutes of meeting to Turkish General Staff.
