Lead the Implementation of a EBS Oracle ERP -Enterprise resource planning- to cover the monetary reconversion of the currency -elimination of 6 zeros-.

Appointed to this roll to support the strategic business transformation effort to increase market share, growth revenues and improve profitability of 12 markets in Latin America. Standardize the process to prepare the Annual Operating Plan -AOP- and Long Range Business Projections for the region. Continuous identification of business process improvements and renegotiations, that allowed the company to decrease Operating Expenses from 39,1% to 37,1% of sales.

Appointed for this roll to expand to best practices already implemented in Colombia to the other countries in the Andean Region, focused in clean un the operation in Venezuela, that was lacking internal control, procedures and compliance.

• Coordination of all accounting and Financial functions of the company complying with local Standards, US GAAP and/or International financial standards • Tax Planning, compliance with state and federal government tax fillings, without any penalty in any of the governmental tax audits carried out to the company. • Responsible for proper implementation of policies and procedures compliance, and the relationship with External and Internal Auditors.

The porpouse this roll at the opening of the operation of Amway in Colombia to ensure IT operation was up and ready to support the operation of the affiliate.

• Development of an application to manage operational expenses and capital budget using RPG • Member if the team that selected the ERP suit -Manufacture, Purchase and Inventory Software-, definition of requirements of the enterprise, presentation of such requirements to the vendors, establishment of evaluation criteria for those vendors, evaluation of proposals from vendors, visits to vendors. The ERP selected was SAP.

• Analysis, design and programming of cash application software (receipt of all payments entering the Hospital) and its interfaces with accounting, accounts receivables, invoicing. Elaboration of user manuals for such application and training employees to use this software. This software incredase the cash flow incoming in 35%.

• Responsible for software maintenance of this applications: Vehicle Warranties Services, Spare parts Inventories and stock management / RPG II • Software development of an application to control budgets, production, cost of vehicles, labor cost, raw material and indirect cost of fabrication.
