Business partner for the European Supply Chain Director. Coordination and consolidation of monthly supply chain finance reporting , budgeting as well forecast across all european breweries, distribution networks to cover total MCE COGS. Review of variances, summary of key issues/themes, challenge in a way to ensure optimization of performance across MCE. Supply Chain Finance lead for LE and AOP COGS roll up for all of MCE.

Lead the overall Supply Chain AOP (Annual Operating Plan) process including Standard Cost Setting, as well as the monthly latest estimate for total COGS. Lead the consolidation of Supply Chain Financial Data (manufacturing and logistic cost) monthly results, LE and Budget across all Canadian breweries, distribution networks, imports, SCCO (Central Overheads), and all other component of Canadian COGS Act as a finance business partner for multiple individuals across Supply Chain Finance teams.

Month end activities, balance sheet consolidation for the 9 starch plants across Europe Understand and explain main variances of actual cost versus budget on different P&L lines In charge for consolidation, report and controlling of SG&A cost for all European locations. In charge for leading the SG&A annual budget process and monthly forecasts. Involved in risk management reporting Perform Transfer Pricing documentations, checks, reconciliations and preparation of accruals.

Asses compliance with financial regulations (IFRS) and controls by executing audit program steps; testing general ledger, account balances, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows; examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. Asses risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance; evaluating manual and automated financial processes Complete audit work papers and memoranda by documenting audit tests and findings
