Programme Development and Technical Cooperation Division The technical support of roll-out projects in the medical waste and pulp & paper industries in mainland China, as well as the management of the required know-how transfer from European to Chinese entities.

Start-up Facility Design and Location Analysis A production-site analysis and start-up facility design using AutoCAD, AutoMOD, MS Excel, as well as the design of an inventory management algorithm to optimize space and productivity.
