I'm responsible of worldwide recruitment of Aerospace and High-tech Engineers for ESA (The European Space Agency). -Headhunting, selecting, conducting interviews, requesting references and conducting negotiations with highly qualified engineers and scientists. -Visiting the client to build and develop relationships, developing a good understanding of the client and their industry.

My main task is to find suitable candidates for different positions. This is achieved through the following tasks: - Receiving and reviewing applications - Managing daily phone and personal interviews - Writing introduction profiles - Providing feedback to candidates - Headhunting - Advertising vacancies on job boards - Building successful relationships between candidates and businesses - Attending to job fairs - Experience with Boolean search

Fully responsible for the recruitment process for financial related positions. -Talent search, evaluation of candidates and attracting entrepreneurs. -Opening recruitment from different sources. -Recruitment and selection process. -Managing daily phone and personal interviews. -Providing feedback to candidates -Executive search.
