- Support of deployment of product and process verification, APQP, manufacturing system maturity assessment and routing maturity assessment (ensuring adherence of processes implemented locally to business and quality standards) - Global support of manufacturing engineering industrial teams in quality topics (including creation of awareness of processes used to assess and declare manufacturing system status)

• Continuous assessment of a manufacturing system against readiness quality plan: driving teams in Germany and Spain to maturity gates achievement declaration • Identification of discrepancies, corrective action definition and implementation follow-up • Problem anticipation and establishing cross-functional and multi-site communication for problem solving

• Analysis of running processes and team activities and identification of areas for potential optimization • Monitoring and enhancing of Lean deployment within the department (awareness sessions, mentoring of implementation of Lean tools and methods)

• Identification of focus areas of lead time and reoccurrence reduction by categorization and analysis of work items (design query notes, concessions, technical log books) • Enhancement of work standardization between teams of the department
