Support of LAN equipment, switches, routers. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Perform daily backup operations,ensuring all required file systems and system data.

Support local office infrastructure including: WAN/LAN Network. Windows servers and workstations. Printers and copiers. Be on hand to assist the users with IT issues. Create and modify local users in Active Direcory. Monitoring office and ATM (NCR) uptime.
