Key responsibilities - managing the audit team (maximum 7 subordinates) during the audit engagements: - problem definition for subordinates; - control over working progress of subordinates; - testing of the most complex audit sections; - preparing drafts of IFRS financial statements; - appraisal of performance of junior staff.

Key responsibilities - testing of almost all the possible sections in the Bank’s financial statements (Balance sheet, off-Balance sheet, Income statement) - checking for clients business compliance with Russian legislation and presented financial statements; - calculation of transformation adjustments to financial statements which are required by IFRS; - managing the audit team (maximum 7 subordinates) during the audit engagements

Active participation in non-profit organization as project team-leader: - Developing corporate relations; - Organizing and controlling projects/conferences and trainings; - Facilitating and coaching of junior members.
