• Preparing annual budget and reporting budget actual deviations • Preparing FP&A internal reporting pack (segment/KPI reports and monthly management set) • Calculating monthly performance analysis of sales teams • Performing sales cost analysis, management of costs in accordance with the budget • Preparing reports for both ad hoc and ongoing needs using BI Tools

• Analyzing annual financial reports of the credit demanding companies • Analyzing financial risks of the credit demanding firms and shareholder structures. • Implementing credit policies and procedures for debtor companies
