System Engineering, industrialisation. - Definition and implementation of the Ground Test Requirement (GTR) Process in coordination with all impacted departments - Management and writing of GTRs Documents - Process and Tool (FUN 2) support to Engineering and Production. - Moderation in case of problems as Interface between them, transnationally for all Programs (A400M, A350, A320, A380, A330) - Creation of a GTR expert group. - Performing trainings. - Support the Change Management.

- To give technical support directly to the FAL, working together with Production and Quality organizations, defining and solving production´s problems - Optimization of processes, solving Work Orders´and design´s problems. - To take part in daily meetings and workshops related to the LEAN methodology. - To define and evaluate KPIs. - Implantation of the SIPLA program, managing meetings with all stakeholders, obtaining the requirements from Production, Quality, Planning, IT and Manufacturing Engineering
