* Prepared a Capacity Planning Tool with the help of Visual Basic and Excel, to collect and analyse the available data. * Prepared a tool with the help of Visual Basic and Excel, to collect and analyse the all factory audit reports. *Prepared a procurement measurement and controlling tool by using Visual Basic and Excel.

*Increased the efficiency of the information flow in the Ozgun Matbaacilik, which is the biggest printing facility in Turkey, by developing a Management Information System is by using SQL and MS-Access. *Optimized the work flow and increased the production capacity of the facility by developing an optimization model by using SIMAN-simulation tool. Defined a new scheduling system by using Excel and Visual Basic.*Cost Analysis of the procurement activities.

* Observed the Quality Management System in the company and attended a seminar about 6-Sigma one month. *Analysed the ratio of scrap and defected products by using the Minitab Statistical Tool and developed a plan to decrease those ratios and increase the production quality.

*Made time study and work flow analysis of the production in the department, by using Excel and E-View. *Developed a new work flow system to increase the efficiency of production. *Observed the gear and heat treatment production techniques.
