Managed projects for the IPN Program, the new business platform of the company, being responsible, as a Project manager, for the Collateral and Pricing systems. Managed work fronts, such as UAT and Regulations and Manuals, which were part of IPN (a 1.7-million-hour program). Collected and presented projects indicators to the Executive Comittee and the Superintendence of the company. Controlled projects costs, presented weekly status and indicators.

Managed a team of 14 professionals, including developers, system architects and QA. Responsible for hiring project members and the daily routine, such as approving vacations, negotiating extra hours, team allocation and training. Applied both agile methodology (SCRUM) and best practices according to the PMBOK. Collected and presented projects status to the organization (PMO, Board of Directors) and Client.

Managed projects to implement the banking system platform for ALELO (financial institution), responsible for the Accounting, Loans, Regulatory, Workflow and Configuration systems. Applied both agile methodology (SCRUM) and best practices according to the PMBOK; created templates used by the organisation.

Managed a team of 23 professionals (developers, QA, DBA, AD, system architects, technical leaders). Managed projects using PMBOK best practices, gradually converted to agile methodology (SCRUM). Reported Project status to PMO, IT Directors and Business Areas.
