Dealing accurately, courteously and promptly with queries relating to assessment and to provide advice and guidance to staff and students with regards to the Awarding University assessment regulations and procedures. Ensuring assessment records are accurately maintained on the Student Records System, including but not limited to amendments resulting from decisions made by assessment boards, academic misconduct panels and academic appeals boards

- Maintain and update the customers' details in the IBM system AS400 - Support different stakeholders with the digital communication internally and externally - Assist with various ad-hoc administrative tasks - Enrich and refine existing pipeline through internet research - Add postal codes based on user coordinates

- Develop strategies to meet and exceed business targets - Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures - Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing - Identify and address problems and opportunities for potential growth - Work with senior stakeholders - Assist HR with recruiting when necessary

- Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay. - Actively handle and solve customer's complains. - Manage guest relations team to ensure compliance with all standards and operating procedures. - Analyse customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
