- Team Leader: 3 project buyers/ 1 operation buyer/ 1 ASQE “Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer” - Establishment of all new contracts (Long term contracts/ Tooling contracts/ Frame contracts) - Establishment of Local supplier panel: * Management of all quality and process audits * Checking of all prices “Material cost/ process cost/ Energy cost/ Labour cost/ overhead” - Identification of savings actions - Establishment of 2012 AOP “Annual Operational Planning”

- Project management: From Phase 0 (Request for Quotation) till Phase 5 (Serial production) - International sourcing: * Metallic and Plastic technologies: PSA: 10 M€/ RSA: 7.5 M€ * Electronic Technology: PSA: 700 K€/ Paulstra: 500 K€ - Optimization of logistics loop: Establishment of Milk Run and durable packaging - Establishment of long term contracts (Investment/ Tooling/ Parts)
