As well as the reshuffling of the team to facilitate upcoming growth. In the past three months, I have been responsible for helping the team with their day-to-day recruitment activities, internal recruitment procedures & strategy planning. I am currently responsible for the growth strategy and new business acquisition in the Private Capital sector.
