CodeDoor is a coding network, providing scholarships to underrepresented groups to become software developers by providing them with tutors, material and environment to learn efficiently. This education will support their sustainable integration into the job market.

Managing the inclusive programs of Social Impact’s portfolio. This includes managing the ChancenNutzer program, it’s expansion, development of curricula and national and international network; as well as the THSN program for Germany; and international projects, e.g. building networks for inclusive entrepreneurship. Working closely with our partners JPMorgan, Generali and others.

Managing the ChancenNutzer programme (by JP Morgan Chase Foundation) that offers young people with a migration background space, qualifications, contacts and coaching in order to become self-employed, and for the development of their professional perspectives. Project manager of the ANKOMMER. programme (by KfW Foundation), which addresses (socially) entrepreneurial and community-minded individuals who are trying to improve the social and economic participation of refugees.
