The Simplification Team is part of the Transformation & Integration Office, which has been established after Telefonica Germany acquired the E-Plus Group in 2014. As an Simplification Expert I coordinate projects with cross-functional teams which aim to develop a lean cooperate structure and eliminate redundancies within the new company.

Together with my fellow trainees and founded beeto within Graduate Trainee Program of the E-Plus Group. Beeto is a mobile communications platform for local businesses and their customers, which is funded by Telefonica Germany. As a partner manager, I acquired local stores to participate at beeto and consulted already participating local businesses.

Responsible for supplier relations and assisted top manager Mr. Mohammad B. Ainechi in exploring new products at exhibitions in order to sell them under the MIAD brand.

Responsible for product arrangement, recommending products to customers, replacing stocks, part-time cashier

Founded and administrated the online forum "allroundforum.de". The website had 5,000 active members and has been sold to auktions-forum.de in 2004. “PC-Magazin” Germany featured an article about allroundforum.de in 2004.
