-Support and participate in pitching, structuring and execution of lending, ABS capital markets, and balance sheet optimization transactions -Prepare or review data analysis models, rating models, cash-flow models, stress tests, and other analytical tools -Assist in the preparation of greenlight commercial approvals, preparation of credit analysis, internal approval materials, and draft transaction outlines for approval

-Assisting in prepration of contracts in lending sector -Controlling the requred documents the loans and review transaction documentation -Assist in client due diligence, the preparation of due diligence reports and presentation

-Assisting members of the Accounting department in daily activities -Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining financial records. -Assisting in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
