As Tournant I'm employed in a fixed cycle of 4-6 months in the departments Front Office, Guest Relations, Guest Service Center and Sheraton Club. As Room Service employee I answered calls, record food orders and process payments. Responsible for promoting and suggesting menu items to hotel guests. Pay close attention and accurately record the food order, as well as relay the information to the kitchen to fulfill. Charged to a guests room the orders, using cash or credit cards- Micros-. Room Service must also take care for all Minibars.
