- Management, coordination, and commercial administration of the metropolitan and southern Chilean stores for VTR, a subsidiary of Liberty Latin America. - With my team of branch managers, through constant coaching in work and management methodologies, the sales rate was raised from 3.5% in 2018 to 5.4% in 2020, 6.1% in 2021, and 9.5 % in 2022. - Regarding customer churn, we lowered its rate from 11.4% in 2018 to 9.9% in 2020, 6.0% in 2021, and 5.8% in 2022. - In 2022 we achieved an eNPS of 61 in my area.
