Position in the Coachwork department, assuring the fulfillment of the production schedule, quality and KPI's. Additional projects: -Analysis of the impact of complexity in assembly lines and proposals for improvements. -Pilot project to considerably reduce the delivery times of cars to customer.

Managing Wind Farms in different countries, with a total installed power of 510 MW, assuring that all the O&M activities are efficiently performed. - Experience with different manufacturers. - Commissioning and End of Warranty inspections. - Planning and organizing projects, coordinating the site supervisors and subcontractors in order to minimize the production losses. - Preparing monthly reports for the head of the department.-Identifying and managing project risks and KPIs.

Working in the Supply Chain department, in the A380 program, with 12 different suppliers of 1000 Part Numbers, superior to a volume of 8.5 M€ per year. Monitoring the delivery of the right product/service, at the right time, in the right quantity, to Airbus in accordance with customer needs.

This qualification enables to carry out multiple activities in the fields of mechanical, electrical, electronic, energy, environment, materials and industrial architecture as well as direction and management of projects, systems and methods of production and industrial and service companies.
