My role incorporates Recruitment of principally .net developers, CRM Consultants, project managers and software testers. Managing the induction training function within the company. Sourcing of courses within the CRM, Microsoft and .Net development field. Responsible for implementing disciplinary issues in line with company policy. Ensuring that HR policies and procedures comply with legislative/best practice requirements Updating and issuing of company handbook, policies and contracts

Recruiting all members of staff, including management levels- Conducting interviews, implementation of fair recruitment methods, organising medicals and screening references. Acting as a mentor to individual departments on all human resource related issues. Responsible for implementing disciplinary issues in line with company policy.

This role focused on the mangement of recruitment staff. Areas of specialiity included .Net developer positions, project managers and product development roles within software and medical devices.
