• Responsible for consistent high quality of the training courses and the content of the course material. • Lead team of approx. 20 international freelance teachers. • Designs a personal development plan, jointly with the teachers drawing on the competence profile. • In charge of University Accreditation project of the training. • Provides the organisation with reports on a periodical level about the customer satisfaction and other relevant KPI’s.

• Responsible for the planning and organization of the international trainings according to the Natura Foundation annual plan. • In charge of distributing new/adapted marketing and training materials to the local partners and teachers including using instructions. • Managed the on- and off line logistics of content and training materials. • Organized an efficient and reliable administration of customer satisfaction surveys, complaints, bookings, cancellations & certificates.

• Introduction of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. • Managed maintenance & service projects for wind farms in Germany, Spain, Italy, France and the US.
