Retail Operations in Eastern Europe, Africa, Turkey, Russia, CIS - I lead the Regional Operations team responsible to support the expansion, to run and develop the business, as well as to further develop Swarovski as a brand in these markets. - My organization covers the following operational functions / teams: Marketing, PR/Communication, Brand development, Architecture, Retail Partner Contract Management, Retail Operations, Client Service and After Sales Service.

- Member of the Europe management team, responsible for the Business Controlling aspects related to the 10 local CGB organizations and their retail expansion. - Responsible for efficiency improvements (mainly of business processes) and for a large scale organizational development initiative in which the CGB organization structure has been evaluated, re-defined and the new structure implemented.

- Member of the team, designated to establish a new business division for Gate Gourmet consisting of the Retail model, in which products are being sold directly to the passengers. - Responsible for Controlling & process management of all regional and local businesses within Europe. - Interims assignment to manage the back-office in the Northern Europe headquarters, including the operational integration of the first eastern European airline as client incl new local suppliers & services in Hungary

- Member of the project team responsible to build up in a short time period a new distribution channel for the Knorr Quick Soup in Switzerland. - Responsible for marketing and promotion topics, covering as well the following areas: creation and maintenance of new Web-site, management of cooperation with a call center for direct marketing activities and own customer acquisition in the first phase.
