Remotely providing consultancy and advice on NI technology to new or existing customer bases to aid proficiency in NI hardware and software tools. By owning, managing and developing customer accounts as well as working closely with the wider NI Sales organization the core focus of ISE is to find, manage and win opportunities while ensuring customer success.

Leading a team of now 7 application engineers and a few interns. The job is similar to "Application Engineer Team Leader" with some additional tasks, such as: training and helping new Team Leaders in their role, holding management and all-employees trainings and workshops on HR toppics, working on project with not only european but also worldwide scope and, in general, more room to make decisions with inpact on the department.

Leading a team of 6 application engineers and 3 interns in their daily work. Leading includes as well coaching and mentoring (both technically and individually) as recruiting, developping and assigning tasks to the engineers. Additionaly, the job involves CI projects and process definitions at a european scale and occasionaly software architecture design consulting and code review on site by our customers.

Technical support for customers and classes on specific toppics (such as LabVIEW programming, project management tools, real-time systems and other national instruments specific products)

3 month replacement of an experienced application engineer in switzerland. The job consissted of technical phone support and instructing class for the swiss customers in german, english and french as well as special tasks such as sales visit for customers, on site support, startup assistances, proof of concept (and other pre-sales support activities) and marketing activities (technical demo preparation and presentation for the NI Days trade fair in Zürich).

Technical support through phone for NI’s Customers. The bachelor thesis was done as part of the internship. Bachelor thesis: Control of NI-Motion Hardware with microsoft Kinect using a self-written driver for LabVIEW.

Welcoming and helping foreign students coming to germany to study. Help included helping them find a flat, open a bank account, paperwork for the immigration office and organizing cultural activities to help them integrate.

Evening class for students learning French in Germany (12 - 17 y.o.)

Development of a room-mapping robot in ANSI C for the Electrical Engineering department of Gdansk technical university.

Moderating radio shows, performing interview of musicians and concert reports as well as investigation and opinions articles.

Cabeling and installing of electrical distribution board for hospitals, kindergarten, schools and industrial sites.

Scripting of a 3D interface for Blender in Python, which should reproduce the movement of a human in an orthopedical rehabilitation chair.
