I really enjoy to interact & bond with different people from different backgrounds - supporting them to solve problems and working in a good team spirit by spreading positiv energy motivates me daily, especially in the business context. As a financial planner my work requires to keep all financial matters in perspective to satisfy our customers' need – negativity prevents you in aiming your targets and leads to unbalanced situations between people. That's why I belive a good team spirit is the key to success. Bringing this positive spirit into the team and customer relationships is what I like most and motivates me in demanding cases. Completing my academic degree alongside working full time showed me that you can achieve anything if you stay positive and focused - I want to bring that into my daily work.
