Head of the logistic and of the Sales Planning departments of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Switzerland with responsability of managing the factories ordering, transports and stocking of 17.000 vehicles per year and to give support to the Sales department. - Planning of sales budget, rolling forecasts and monthly results - Monthly definition of orders and transport priorities

Responsible for sales results of the Brands Fiat, Alfaromeo, Jeep, Lancia and Abarth, coordinating the commercial activities (sales, marketing, advertising, CRM, logistic, dealer development) with HQ to achieve the company objectives (P&L, Market Share and Brand Position) The area is composed by Belgium and The Netherlands.

Build up the pricing sector and processes with responsibility of the pricing team (8 specialists) for - Approval prices, contents, promotions and margins on Fiat brand vehicles in 17 European Markets together with Finance, Sales and Product Manager colleagues - Monthly reporting on price positioning, promotions competitiveness and vehicles inflation - Development and maintenance of pricing systems & tools
