One year as trainee and three years as self-employed. I could work in private and civil law, employment law....and also with international law database for a few international case law.

During this time I has learned the fundamentals of legal Due diligence, through the analysis, revision and drafting of the commercial contracts.I checked and analyzed contracts in Spanish and English without difficulties, understanding the content in a short time. I also pointed out legal incongruences with case on these subjects:  industrial and intellectual property law  track secrets  mutual nondisclosure agreement  service agreement.
