My role within the AP team was that of change agent, vendor liaison and team-lead deputy. Within this group I have developed SOPs, process change material and managed the department training for staff development leading to improved stakeholder relationship and process outsourcing. I am currently involved in our largest project yet, the offshoring of several AP activities through the re-definition of processes, functions and controls.

I was responsible for departmental purchasing and vendor contract negotiation. I was solely accountable for purchasing price controlling, collaborating with vendors to guarantee the best relationship possible. The last project I managed in that function was the updating and editing of the department product master data.

 Specialized in Business English for adults  Taught students of all professional backgrounds  On-site and in-company English classes  Managed and administered intensive short-term and long-term programs, consisting of total immersion weekend modules  Prepared students for the TOEFL and the TOIC tests
