I'm co-founder at KanbanBOX, the 1° Italian web software suitable for collaborating with the whole Supply Chain in a simple and intuitive way. With KanbanBOX it’s possible to manage Purchasing, Production and Logistics, solving the difficulties of stockholding and managing internal and suppliers’ communication, material progress and entire document lifecycle. As Commercial Director and Lean Transformation Consultant, I deal with company reorganization in production, logistic and administrative processes.

As Managing Partner at Sintesia S.r.l., I deal with Lean transformation of production and service processes, business innovation and technical development of new products. My specialties are the development of specific tools for the implementation of a Lean transformation of production processes, Management innovation, Technical and efficiency improvement in sheet metal working and assembly.

I'm co-founder of Officina Snella, which is the only experiential learning format in Italy that replicate a lean process in a real factory mockup. For Officina Snella I managed the Concept development, the process design and the realization. Actually, I handle the organization of the trainig courses and the sponsor raising.

As Lean manufacturing consultant I supported the transformation of industrial manufacturing processes for little and medium sized companies.

I dealt with the management of relationships between the Italian confederation of Junior Enterprises and other national confederations. JADE is a student-run, pan-European network representing more than 28.000 young entrepreneurs in local non-profit organizations, called Junior Enterprises. By running professional consulting studies and managing small to medium sized enterprises, the students add practical experience to their theoretical skills, developing entrepreneurship at an early stage.

As President of JEst - Junior Enterprise Engineering and Management I worked in the events organization, in the Business plan & strategy development and in the formation and training for new members. JEst is a non-profit organization born as an initiative of 24 students in Vicenza’s detachment of the University of Padua with the aim is to give the opportunity to its associates to carry out projects for companies and institutions operating in the economic and social areas.

Front line experience in components procurement and supply chain analysis finalized to the revision of procurement parameters during production rump-up of new motorbikes.
