FIDIC works contracts follow up, correspondence with beneficiaries, engineers, state authorities, company and projects budget administration, customs operations(imports/exports), procurement, payment reports, payment applications, monthly/quarterly progress reports, coordinating the outsourced legal and accounting teams, tender preparation and coordination, subcontractors/suppliers/partners selection, general company administration.

Structuring the newly created commercial department: workflows within the company, procedures and reporting, providing support for various projects from commercial/contractual point of view, construction materials procurement and contracting, general procurement, contract negotiations, works tenders, studying tender documents regarding labour costs, materials, works and subcontractor costs, imports and exports of materials, parts and machinery, temporary imports for special machinery.

The project scope was the construction of B31Ost highway tunnel in Freiburg for bypassing into the underground all surface car traffic.
