Project Management: developed huge cost reduction through Value Analysis and Value Engineering projects for raw material downgrading and complexity reduction: ROI 11% in two years, 8 months payback.

Commodity Management: implemented local and regional strategies for the assigned categories, achieving >5% cost reduction vs. budget in all given business cycles on a $ 14M of annual spend. Strategic Sourcing: increased bargaining power through the in vendor competition on pain categories.

Supply Chain: managed the company's supply chain on direct and indirect spend ($ 8M), including expediting and internal logistics activities. Strategic Sourcing: revised the procurement strategy for core materials (resins and plastic granules) representing 33% of COGS.
