I personally followed a Change Management project in a Piedmontese firm, operating in oenology field. In this project I have made a form of each worker, to carry out a balance of skills and to plan some training projects (also through Interprofessional Funds). We have also carried out a reorganization of the company structure, identifying a middle manager and managing two terminations of the employment relationship. Moreover I partecipated at some selection processes and at three outplacement projects

I followed the local news for some newspaper (La Voce, Il Giornale dell'Umbria, Avvenire, Il Corriere dello Sport-Stadio) and for some press agency (Infopress)
