Responsible for managing multi-MCHF annual Indirects spend of 15 Affiliates (cross-categories), in cooperation with the local Finance and General Managers. Involved in identifying savings and efficiency programs to enable value creation. Highly involved in Procurement Excellence activities (policy review/creation, digitalisation, strategy creation, continuous process improvement), by supporting the senior management in further developing and transforming the procurement function.

Promoted to define and drive international implementation of a three-year transformation programme for categories under management, generating added-value in terms of cost savings and process optimisation. I oversee 18 international contracts with multi-M€ annual spending and with execution of commercial agreements. I perform as a main point of contact for all procurement, operations, finance, and commercial functions.

I managed and developed international relationships with OEMs / vehicle manufacturers and suppliers from the tyres industry, with negotiation of international contracts and consequent delivery of results based on Annual Plan goals. I steered all initiatives surrounding the roll-out of new procurement procedures. I instituted tendering processes from suppliers’ appraisals and pre-approval, project planning and execution to contract signatures and vendor rating.

As an International Key Account/Senior Business Analyst, I was challenged with the responsibility to spearhead and build international strategic relations with OEMs, Wheels and TPMS manufacturers. I delivered active functional support by estimating volume-spend, conducting pricing and TCO analysis, studying raw materials trends, and designing eye-catching presentations for stakeholders. I created workflow diagrams to bring forth clearer understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
