Responsibilities: Supervise the team for customer service and sales of digital channels. Activities: • Supervise and guide the team to fulfill the project objectives like, sales goal, customer satisfaction, and productivity. • Define digital sales strategy for small, medium Business (SMB) • Ensuring service quality monitoring monthly KPI (NPS, CSat)

Responsibilities: Responsible for carrying out new projects and fixes of the annual roadmap for de business unit B2B, executing them in 4 phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closing. Activities: • Establish the context, conflict and problem of the project or requirement. • Rising of the requirement in the official format (commercial Blueprint), including the definition and implementation of the processes required for each new product.
