Design and implementation of an application framework in .NET used in Payroll module of ERP product. The new module was based in .NET/WinForms/Remoting/XML but still being able to share information with other modules (C++/COM based). Technical responsible for all .NET development. Also worked for a month in a internal smart client change request management application (.NET, XML and SQL Server)
Development of VB/ASP based stock trade web site. Also responsible for Xml compression library on top of SAX (COM). My stay in Australia was shortened due to personal problems.

After a couple of months working as developer I have been promoted to lead developer. Was in charge of Point of Sales module of a C++/COM based ERP system. After I became responsible for core components and libraries as well as internal development mentoring.
