RFA manages $968.3 million of regional facilities across Auckland, incl: Auckland Conventions, Auckland Stadiums, Auckland Art Gallery, Auckland Zoo and Auckland Live venues.

Alexandra Park went through an extensive restructure and major refurbishments and extensions. I was asked to review existing structure and processes and assist with the growth, to adjust the operation to accommodate the necessary changes. The project was successfully completed in December 2011 in time for me being able to accept a position with Regional Facilities Auckland.

The Auckland Arts Festival
F&B Adviser for the Auckland Festival Trust, to deliver PARTY CENTRAL, the FanZone in Auckland Central at Queens Warf during Rugby World Cup 2011. Responsible for F&B overlay, liaison with sponsors, stake holders, authorities, appointment of caterers and vendors and the on-going performance. • Approximately 150,000 children from 400 schools participated • More than 1 million people visited Queens Wharf • 99 bands played throughout the tournament period • The All Blacks won Rugby World Cup 2011

Highly demanding Operation with a total of 850 crew of which 650 are working within the Hotel department. The ship carries regularly up to 3200 guests cruising . Initially “Splendor of the Seas” , than “Sovereign of the Seas", and finally the “Monarch of the Seas”, a challenging environment as far as daily operationally (such as bad weather, viral outbreaks, itinerary changes, high volume) matters are concerned as much as short and long term strategically planning and implementation.
