 Head of Program Management for Product Business Units „Delphi Electrical Centers EMEA“ & “Delphi Connection Systems”, ~ $ 400Mio revenue p.a. in total  Launch responsibility (cost, timing, quality) for approx 40 new programs with lifetime revenue ~ $300Mio, all European customers

 - Product Business Unit „Delphi Electrical Centers EMEA“, ~ $ 80Mio revenue p.a.  - Leading a group of Program-/Product Managers  - Coordination of projects / programs from RfQ to launch for various European customers  - Report monthly KPI’s for PM performance metrics

 - achieve flawless execution of programs through functionally integrated team (focus on cost, quality and delivery)  - communicate customer requirements for key deliverables and performance targets to project team  - set team priorities, manage and communicate program risks and resolve program issues, document and communicate team activities

 - coordinate design, build, debug, installation and ramp-up of equipment for components production  - provide technical process direction to functional disciplines and outside design and manufacturing sources to meet cost, quality and timing requirements  - optimise production performance with regards to capacity increase and cost reduction  - provide technical support to floor operations
