Reporting to President Global Tobacco, member of management team, relocated to Turkey · Full responsibility of three plants (KAZ, RUS and TU) · Full P&L responsibility. Increase in turnover High focus on cost savings using Continuous Improvement (CI) in all sites · Successfully started and integrated Russian Greenfield site into Eastern European Business Unit including overall capex responsibility. · Supported Kazakh plant, being on site for 9 month · Turned Turkish plant into the biggest site in GT

· Implemented new Environment Health Safety (EHS) system into European Tobacco Business Unit. · Implemented group certification ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 · Developed integrated Quality/ EHS management system for European sites which was awarded with a bronze price from Alcan Packaging (out of 130 plants) · Excellent quality records through implementation of integrated Quality Management system and SPC in European plants. Handling of technical development with EE customers (PMI, ITL)
