Providing lucidity and target guidance for all SCM financial dimensions (e.g. inventory, write-offs, functional cost and lost sales) With focus on driving the organisation towards cash optimisation, esp. advanced inventory steering.

Responsible for providing KPI transparency for all top level SCM KPI (e.g. Service Levels, Inventories, Cost, Forecast Accuracy, Complexity...). From KPI definition, through BI setup to automated Dashboards). Driving target setting for said KPI and directing the performance management process in the organisation. Supporting projects to improve performance both on efficiency and service. Global process owner for Performance Dialogue Cascade at SCM and Enterprise Risk Management for all Product Supply.

Responsible for: • supply chain rules for optimal utilisation of warehouses • designing a stock resupply system for an direct business distribution centre • developing a groupwide warehouse strategy

• developing a process cost simulation modell for the backwards supply chain • monitoring all backwards process KPI • evaluating process changes
