Control all day-to-day operations for 5 aluminum casting and machining plants, in China, Lushun (2), Dalian (1), Wuhan (1) and Wuxi (1), provide inspired leadership company wide, make high-level decisions about policy and strategy, report to the board of directors and keep them informed, develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan, act as the primary spokesperson for the company, help with recruiting new staff members when necessary.

I insured target to deliver budget commitment measured through gross margin and inventory level. I insured development of employees including but not limited to staffing, training, and empowerment of all plant employees (500p).

Drive standardization, stability, and simplification. This includes providing change leadershipChange Acceleration Process (CAP) methods and tools across assigned critical business initiatives. Co-ordinate activities for the manufacturing, quality and engineering functions (350p).
