Durch Prototypenentwicklung, Datenanalyse und fortlaufende Verbesserungen wurden Produkte optimiert. GD&T in SolidWorks gewährleistete Präzision in Design und Fertigung. Entwicklung spezieller Shredder und Hochdruck-Brikettpressen bis 700 MPa zeigte Flexibilität und Expertise.

Responsible for all manufacturing operations and maintenance of the production process; Planned and implemented a preventive maintenance system for high precision machines, leading to 30% savings in maintenance costs; Ensured safety and quality by implementing a unified control plan for the entire manufacturing and production chain; Developed a new production plan using Lean tools, achieving an increase in monthly production from 80 tons to 105 tons, without increasing expenses.

Planning, management and implementation of customer-specific projects in close cooperation with the sales, production and purchasing departments Lead the design engineers in the Development-Mechanics department in a cooperative manner; Drives the Engineering department to consistent and safe methods of work through Risk Assessments and procedures; Responsible for ensuring a consistent problem-solving process including root cause analysis; Promotes, participates and organises DFMA, D-FMEAs, P-FMEAs.

Research and development in Laser Beam Machining. Analyze the developing systems and equipment’s specifications, according to technical requirements, internal standards and regulations; Research, design and develop mechanical solutions for intra logistics equipment and systems, working closely with the automation development team; Create 3D models of equipment and mechanical components; FEA calculation; 3D Modelling, 2D technical drawings in SolidWorks;

- Assistance of the Project manager in the project drafting, management and scheduling, with a focus on the business activities between Brazil-Germany; - Compilation of proposals and presentations; - Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators; - Administrative and organizational management, support of back office tasks; - Translations and review of reports, presentations and information material in Germany and English.
