I worked on projects, on the plans and supervises the operating of the given type of service (a product of the Company) while maintaining respective service levels, deadlines and budgetary limitations. I coordinated and was responsible the service delivery activities of various organizational units and checks upon their work progress. With professional guidance and coaching I provided to colleagues regarding solution development, contract delivery, and the increasing of customer satisfaction.

I participated in making system plans, in project documentation, in making preliminary cost estimates, making specifications, creating system plans, supporting the project from bidding to implementation. I provided technical leadership and consultancy from the strategic decision-making to project planning and implementation.

I provided second and/or third level support of operating systems for external and internal customers within the frames of fixed and expected service levels, exceeding the customer’s expectations. I worked on New Systems/Servers installation. I participated in the training of junior colleagues and provided technical assistance. I make proposals for optimizing the processes and worked on them, and for the improvement of the service, based on the analysis of trends.

My main responsibilities were monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software problems on linux servers, deploy new software releases, system upgrades and the daily operation. I worked on the solution of most of the problems, escalating only those problems to the next level or local partner, which need special competence.
